Using ZombieTrend AI

ZombieTrend AI ("ZombieTrend", "we", "us") operates zombietrend.org, an online service that turns two photos into a short AI zombie love story video, the format known on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts as the AI zombie hug trend. By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

What the service does

All generation happens on zombietrend.org. You upload two photos: the first is the survivor, the second is the person or pet who "turns". You can pick a flashback memory, a length (8, 12 or 15 seconds) and add a short optional note. We then:

1. Create a scene preview. Your photos and note are sent to our AI processing provider to compose a cinematic, non-graphic still of the two subjects in a post-apocalyptic scene, with the second subject styled as a zombie. The first preview each day is free and carries a watermark.
2. Generate the video. If you continue, we turn the scene into a short vertical (9:16) story with sound: the survivor hesitates, the zombie hugs instead of biting, and the clip cuts to a warm memory of the two of you. The MP4 is usually ready in 3-5 minutes. Each video uses credits; the exact amount is shown on the button before you start.

Finished videos are saved in My videos in your account and can be downloaded without a watermark. AI output varies: check faces, hands and the flashback before you share a result. We do not guarantee that a generation will match your expectations or look exactly like the people or pets in your photos.

Accounts

Keep your login secure and tell us promptly at support@zombietrend.org if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain extra free previews, sign-up credits or other promotional credits.

Credits, billing and payments

• Credits. Generating a video consumes credits from your balance. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used on ZombieTrend AI. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open.
• One-time packs. A credit pack is a single payment for a fixed number of credits. No subscription is created.
• Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout and add the plan's credits each billing period until you cancel.
• Promotional credits. Sign-up credits and other promotional credits are free, may expire or carry their own conditions, and are never refundable.
• Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor or merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

• Failed generations. If a scene or video fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to request this.
• One-time packs. You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once any of a pack's credits have been used, that purchase is non-refundable.
• Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and any remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods. A renewal charge may be refunded if you request it within 60 days of the renewal date and have not used any credits added by that renewal.
• Results you don't like. A video that was generated successfully but is not what you hoped for is not a technical failure and is not refunded. Use the free preview to check the scene before you spend credits.
• How to request a refund. Email support@zombietrend.org from your account email with the order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
• Exceptions. Purchases on accounts suspended or terminated for violating these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable consumer law.

Your photos and videos

Upload photos only when you have the rights to them and the permission of every person pictured. If a photo shows someone who has passed away, only use it if you are close family or have the family's blessing. You keep the rights you already hold in your photos.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photos, notes and generated videos only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI processing and storage providers. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

You may use the videos you generate for personal sharing and for your own social media posts, including monetized ones, provided you follow these terms and the platform's rules. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use and share the results. When you post a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: the zombie story stays stylised and non-graphic; no photos of anyone under 18; no content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors; no sexual content of any kind; no deepfakes of people who have not consented, including celebrities and other public figures; no harassment, threats or illegal content; and no attempts to bypass our safety systems. We screen notes before generation and may refuse any request.

Violations and account actions

If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may, depending on the severity of the violation:

• refuse or cancel a generation, and remove the content involved;
• issue a warning;
• temporarily suspend your account or its ability to generate;
• permanently terminate your account and block new accounts created to evade enforcement;
• withhold remaining credits, without refund, for serious or repeated violations;
• report content and account information to law enforcement or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate.

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors results in immediate permanent termination and a report to the relevant authorities. Credits used on content that is refused or removed for a policy violation are not returned. A chargeback or payment reversal on a purchase may lead to suspension until it is resolved. If you believe we acted in error, email support@zombietrend.org within 30 days and we will review the decision.

Third-party platforms

ZombieTrend AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, Dreamina or any other platform or app mentioned on the site. Those names are used only to describe where the trend appears.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service, including the AI models we use. We may update these terms; the revision date appears above. Material changes apply from the date they are posted, and continued use after that date means you accept them.
